Pseudoregalia review
Directly in love with Super Mario 64 in addition to plenty of other platformers, Pseudoregalia is a game I just wanted more of. It's so juicy! The retro filters feel so flavorful and yet didn't feel like they got in the way of the action & movement at all. In a strange way (for a certain kind of player), it's more fun trying to play a lot of the areas without some upgrades. Genuinely, try occasionally limiting yourself to doing some challenges 'the hard way', it's a lot of fun. And hey, the areas being as generally nonsensically laid out as they are, you may end up doing that anyways, because the whole map's uhhh let's say very open. But being a bit lost in the meandering sandbox can be okay when it's this much fun to play in!
Time: 7 hours, all bronze time trials complete, most upgrades gotten?
